How do I create my first artist profile?

After signing up, you'll be taken to the Artist Hub where you can create or connect to an artist profile. Follow the setup wizard to add your artist details, team members and first release.

Can I manage multiple artists?

Yes. RELEASR supports multiple artist workspaces. Switch between artists using the artist menu in the sidebar.

How do I invite my team?

Go to Team Hub and use the invite function to add team members by email. You can assign Permission Levels including Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer, and Catalogue Access.

Do I need to be a signed artist to use RELEASR?

No. RELEASR is built for artists at every stage, from your first demo to global stadium tours. Anyone can create a free Artist Access account.

What's the difference between an Account Owner and an Authorised User?

The Account Owner is the person who created an Artist Account and holds primary responsibility for it, including everyone they invite. Authorised Users are the people the Account Owner invites into that Artist Account (managers, collaborators, label reps and so on) at whatever Permission Level the Owner assigns.

What do the different Permission Levels mean?

Owner has full control over the Artist Account. Admin can manage team members and content. Editor can create and edit releases, tasks and assets. Viewer can see everything but not make changes. Catalogue Access limits visibility to specific catalogue or asset areas.

Can I be part of more than one artist's team?

Yes. The free Contributor tier lets you join up to 5 different artist teams as a collaborator.

Yes. RELEASR has a free Artist Access tier for individual artists, and a free Contributor tier for team collaborators. Paid Gold and Platinum tiers unlock full release and team management features.

How does billing work?

Gold and Platinum are billed monthly or annually in AUD via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.

What's the difference between Artist Access and Contributor?

Artist Access is for managing your own career: your releases, your team, your Account. Contributor is for people who collaborate on other artists' teams without running their own Artist Account, and lets you join up to 5 artist teams for free.

What happens if my referral trial ends without upgrading?

Referral trials give you 3 months of full Platinum access. If you don't upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account moves to a limited free tier. You won't lose any of your data.

Will my data ever be used to train AI models?

No. Where RELEASR offers AI-assisted features, your personal information and content are never used to train or improve AI models without your express consent. This is a hard rule across every tool and vendor we use.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

You'll have 30 days after cancellation to download and export your content. After that period, it may be permanently deleted from our systems.

Who owns the rights to my content?
